Base Floodplain Elevation User (BFE Request User)

City, Village, and County Floodplain Administrators in Nebraska may register to be a ‘BFE Request User’ to have access to request a Base Flood Elevation (BFE) Determination within their jurisdiction(s) to aid in planning, floodplain development permitting and enforcement of floodplain regulations. The BFE is the elevation of surface water during a flood that has a 1% chance of equaling or exceeding that level in any given year.

Conservation Reserve Enhancement Program User (Crep User)

Conservation Reserve Enhancement Program users have access to program scans. Typically, these users are associated with an NRD only.

Crop Irrigation Requirement User (Crop Irrigation User)

DWEE staff, NRD staff, and producers can log in to utilize model derived geographically specific crop irrigation requirement information to determine stream depletions or accretions based on crop transfers.

Field Office User

Field Office users have access to contact phone numbers and surface water scans. Typically, these users are DWEE Staff.

Groundwater User

Groundwater users have access to Public Well Supply wells and their associated scans. Typically, these users are local and state groundwater officials only.

Surface Water User

Surface Water users have access to Public Water Supply water rights and Scans. Typically, these users are associated with an NRD.
