NORTH FROM THE CENTERLINE OF INTERSECTION OF S 27TH ST. AND NE. STATE HIGHWAY 2 IN LINCOLN, NE. 79.7 FT. NORTH FROM THE NORTH EDGE OF NE STATE HIGHWAY 2, AND IN LINE WITH A FENCE TO THE NORTHEAST. 11.3 FT. SOUTH FROM THE SOUTH EDGE OF AN EAST-WEST BIKE PATH AND 60.0 FT.
